A non-refundable deposit ($50.00 +tax) is required for a GPS reading and Site Survey to be scheduled. If a usable link can be established between our antenna(s) and your location, your deposit will be applied to your equipment downpayment and/or your access fee.

The Site Survey takes approximately 1 hour from the time we arrive to the time we leave your location. It will be necessary for you to be at your location during the testing to discuss antenna choice & placement, distance to your computer, etc. It is not necessary for you to be at your location for the GPS reading.

We will then return at a scheduled time to install the wireless equipment, configure your computer(s) with the needed settings, and align your antenna.

For indoor installations, mounting on a window ledge or shelf that will support the antenna and/or wireless bridge are options.
